Head - Sales & Marketing - Construction Materials

Position : Sales & Marketing Head (Tunnels & Waterproofing).

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years.

Industry: Contracting, Construction Materials, Waterproofing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead the Sales & Marketing function for PVC geomembranes and associated installation services.

- Identify and pursue business opportunities with major companies.

- Handle negotiations and closure of contracts for waterproofing projects in infrastructure sectors, especially tunnels.

- Develop and manage strong liaison with all the stakeholders.

- Actively participate in site visits, project meetings, and techno-commercial discussions.

- Collaborate with internal teams for technical submissions, bidding, pricing strategy, and project handover.

- Build a dedicated contracting sales team for future growth and expansion.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in securing business from infrastructure contracting companies.

- Experience in waterproofing materials or tunnel construction-related products is a strong advantage.

- Should have a strong network and ability to build relationships within the infrastructure and construction segment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel for business development, client meetings, and site inspections.

- Based in Delhi NCR, preferably in or near Ghaziabad.
