With state-of-the-art molding capabilities and a strong R&D focus, we supply to OEMs, coach builders, and infrastructure contractors across India.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead business development and sales strategy for our FRP hand molding (lay-up) division. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in industrial/B2B marketing, preferably in the automotive, railway, or transport sectors, and deep familiarity with composite product applications and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Marketing

- Develop and execute marketing plans for FRP lay-up products in automotive, transport, and public utility sectors.

- Drive customer acquisition across OEMs, state transport bodies, coach builders, and metro rail vendors.

- Collaborate with design & production teams to develop market-ready product solutions.

Branding & Promotion

- Create marketing material, case studies, product sheets, and presentations specific to automotive FRP applications.

- Represent Dudhi at expos, Auto Shows, B2B trade fairs, and industry networking events.

Product Development Support

- Identify industry needs and collaborate with R&D on developing or modifying FRP panels and structural parts.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and support price positioning strategy.

Client & Channel Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and transport authorities.

- Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and vendor registration efforts.

Tender Participation & Government Liaisons

- Track and respond to relevant tenders for FRP bus panels, cladding, modular covers, etc.

- Coordinate documentation and compliance for technical submissions.

Reporting & Team Leadership

- Guide junior executives and coordinate with internal stakeholders for order fulfillment.

- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and present business updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Polymer / FRP Engineering (Preferred).

- MBA in Marketing / Business Development.

- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing of FRP, automotive, or transport-related components.

- Strong technical understanding of FRP lay-up molding processes and transport-grade finishing standards.

- Experience working with state transport undertakings, coach manufacturers, or railway-approved vendors is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
