Role Summary:
This leadership role is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth in the Agri Inputs sector. The role focuses on sales strategy, marketing excellence, and channel development, while leading market expansion, brand building, and digital adoption across rural/agri ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated sales & marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to deliver revenue growth and enhance market share.
- Build, strengthen, and expand the distributor/channel partner network for deeper penetration.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis to support strategic positioning.
- Drive brand building, product launches, and promotional campaigns across target markets.
- Champion digital marketing and customer engagement programs for rural outreach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
- Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and business sustainability.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the Agri Inputs sector (Sales, Marketing, Channel Management).
- Proven expertise across Fertilizers, Bio-stimulants, Crop Nutrition, Crop Protectants, and Water-Soluble Fertilizers (WSF).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth, developing channels, and leading large teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and leadership capability.
- Maximum age: 50 years.
