Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to drive brand growth, oversee retail and online sales, and build strategic B2C and B2B relationships.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the brand's market positioning, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and scaling our presence across India.

The job requires working directly under the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both retail (B2C) and, later, trade partnerships (B2B).

- Drive revenue growth through the Ahmedabad store and e-commerce sales across India.

- Identify and build relationships with high-end interior designers, architects, and premium clientele for potential B2B collaborations.

- Oversee store performance, customer experience, and operational excellence for the Ahmedabad flagship store.

- Develop an omnichannel approach to seamlessly integrate online and offline sales.

- Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions to drive premium customer engagement and conversions.

- Lead all marketing efforts, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.

- Develop and execute a high-impact brand positioning and storytelling strategy to build brand desirability.

- Oversee content strategy, performance marketing, and PR to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Work closely with designers and product teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with product offerings.

- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales and marketing team (5-10 members initially).

- Collaborate with the operations, merchandising, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adapt strategies proactively.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years in sales & marketing leadership with 3-4 years specifically in leadership role, with experience in business growth, strategic planning, team management, and revenue generation.

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record in both retail (B2C) and business development (B2B) sales.

- Strong experience in luxury branding, digital marketing, and retail operations.

- Ability to drive high-value sales and partnerships with designers, architects, and HNIs.

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce growth, performance marketing, and CRM strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling premium brands
