Role Overview:
KSH Infra is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven professional to lead its Sales & Distribution function. This leadership role is responsible for driving principal sales of industrial and warehousing assets, managing distribution channels, and raising capital for the AIF across domestic and international investor networks.
The ideal candidate combines strong client-facing skills, deep market relationships, and strategic execution capabilities, ensuring that the platform maximizes asset monetization and investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Principal Sales Leadership:
- Own direct sales of industrial and warehousing assets to OEMs, anchor clients, and institutional buyers
- Drive pricing strategy, deal structuring, and transaction closures
- Align sales with fund deployment timelines and investment objectives
2. Fundraising & Distribution:
- Lead the capital-raising roadmap for the AIF, targeting HNIs, family offices, institutional investors (domestic and offshore), and non-resident investors
- Build and maintain relationships with wealth platforms, distributors, and private wealth networks (e.g., 360 One, Nuvama, Kotak Wealth, Sanctum)
- Structure distribution agreements and incentive frameworks and conduct partner training
3. Channel Development & Management:
- Onboard and manage third-party distributors, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and private wealth platforms
- Ensure consistent governance, compliance, and transparency across channels
- Balance direct principal sales and channel-led distribution to optimize margins and absorption
4. Investor Engagement & Marketing:
- Lead investor roadshows, webinars, and one-on-one meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and fund management teams to create compelling pitchbooks, product collateral, and investor presentations
- Maintain transparent, timely communication with investors and partners
5. Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with fund management, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and fund objectives
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to support platform growth, operational innovation, and scaling
Candidate Profile:
- 12-18 years in real estate/infra sales, fund distribution, or capital markets
- Proven track record in principal sales and capital raising for AIFs, PMS, or similar investment vehicles
- Strong network across wealth platforms, family offices, institutional investors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of SEBI regulations, AIF compliance, and governance frameworks
