Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite / Hybrid).

Experience: 15 years in IT Services Sales.

Whats in it for You?

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Client Growth who has deep experience with GCCs and has spent a good part of their career in IT services sales to GCCs in India.

The focus of the role is to:

- Identify and reach out to India-based GCCs.

- Open new GCC accounts for Technoidentity.

- These accounts into steady, long-term business.

This is a hands-on sales role where you will spend most of your time meeting GCC stakeholders, understanding their needs, and converting those needs into business for Technoidentity.

What Will You Be Doing?:

- Identify and prioritize target GCCs in India (starting with Hyderabad, then other hubs).

- Reach out to GCC leaders (Heads of Engineering, Product, Data, Technology, GCC Heads) and set up meetings.

- Explain Technoidentitys services in simple, business-focused language and understand what the GCC is trying to achieve.

- Work with internal teams to prepare presentations, proposals, and solution outlines for GCC opportunities.

- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation, proposal, negotiations, to closure.

- Keep track of all ongoing discussions and opportunities in a clear and structured way.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships inside each GCC across multiple stakeholders (business, tech, procurement).

- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution and stay involved as the primary contact for the account.

Requirements:

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?:

- Has 15+ years of experience in IT services or digital engineering sales.

- Has strong, direct experience selling to GCCs in India (not just to global HQs).

- Has previously opened or grown GCC accounts in cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, or NCR.

- Understands how GCCs work their structure, decision-making process, and how they select external partners.

- Is comfortable with solution-based selling (not only staffing or pure body-shopping).

- Is confident in reaching out to new people, following up, and staying persistent over long sales cycles.

- Communicates clearly, listens well, and can talk to senior GCC leaders in a simple and professional manner.

- Is comfortable working in a mid-sized company with lean teams and high ownership.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong GCC network or ecosystem understanding is a big plus.

- Ability to plan and organize outreach and follow-ups.

- Good written and spoken communication skills.

- Willingness to travel to other GCC hubs in India when required.
