Sales Head - RoW and Europe


Description:


Location: India (with international travel)


Experience Required: 10-15 years in Business Development / Sales in the AEC Industry


Compensation: 25 LPA- 50 LPA


Educational Background: Preferred Engineer/Architect (AEC domain expertise)

Key Responsibilities:


- Drive revenue growth across RoW and Europe by developing strategic sales plans, acquiring new clients, and achieving annual business targets.


- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with EPC contractors, consultants, and project owners to ensure consistent business expansion.


- Lead the end-to-end sales process including bid management, proposal preparation, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.


- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, serving as the primary point of contact for international clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


- Leverage deep expertise in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction workflows.


- Stay informed on global AEC (Architect, Engineering and Constructions) market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital transformation opportunities to drive strategic advantage.


- Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for RoW and Europe, identifying potential partnerships and growth opportunities.


- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making and business planning.


- Lead, mentor, and motivate junior sales professionals focused on international growth.


Skills and Qualification:


- 10-15 years experience in Sales/Business Development in the AEC industry.


- Engineer or Architect Background with strong understanding of BIM/AEC workflows.


- Proven success in selling services/solutions in international markets, RoW and/or Europe.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building


- Target-driven mindset, strategic thinker, self-motivated, and culturally adaptable.


- Willing to travel internationally as required.
