- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our strategic sales initiatives.

- The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets, significantly improving market share, and ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation:

- Develop and Execute Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously refine robust sales strategies directly aligned with the company's revenue goals and overarching business objectives.

- Performance Benchmarking: Establish and implement rigorous benchmarking practices to uniformly - evaluate individual and team sales performance, ensuring fairness and driving improvement.

- High-Value Opportunity Conversion: Proactively identify, pursue, and convert high-value business opportunities through direct engagement with key clients and strategic partnerships.

Customer Management & Market Insight:

- Market Monitoring: Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to monitor market developments, identify trends, and anticipate competitive moves.

- Customer-Centric Strategies: Champion and drive customer-centric strategies throughout the sales cycle to foster deep, long-term client relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.

- Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all sales efforts are outcome-focused, synergized with brand messaging, and effectively leverage marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Performance Management: Set clear, measurable performance evaluation criteria for the sales team and provide continuous, constructive feedback to motivate and develop individual team members.

- Internal Collaboration: Promote a culture of strong collaboration with all internal stakeholders, including operations, product development, and finance, to enhance delivery capabilities and optimize post-sales engagement.

- Performance-Driven Culture: Foster and maintain a high-performance sales culture grounded in clear outcomes, transparent goal setting, and mutual accountability.

Operational Excellence & Reporting:

- Budget Oversight: Oversee the utilization of the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strict alignment with financial goals and profitability targets.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and share comprehensive weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports and detailed sales performance dashboards with senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights.

- Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular internal audits to identify performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, then refine the sales approach and processes accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA is highly desirable.

- 18+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans in a competitive market.

- Strong experience in direct client engagement and closing high-value business opportunities.

- Exceptional understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and customer relationship management.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate large sales teams to achieve peak performance.

- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing sales budgets and understanding key financial metrics.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
