Job Title: Sales Head

We are seeking a high-impact, aggressive, and growth-driven B2B Sales Head to lead revenue strategy, expand into untapped markets, and build a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate is a fierce go-getter with strong enterprise exposure, capable of managing high-value clients while mentoring and scaling a performance-driven sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and aggressively drive B2B revenue targets end-to-end.

- Design bold, non-orthodox growth strategies to accelerate scale and open new revenue streams.

- Identify and penetrate untapped markets, new geographies, and emerging industry segments.

- Build strong pipelines across aviation, hospitality, retail, automobile, corporate, and new-age sectors.

- Lead high-value enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure with sharp negotiation and margin discipline.

- Engage CXOs, founders, corporate leaders, and HNIs with credibility and strong executive presence.

- Represent Company as the face of the brand - carrying its values, ethics, and ambition across premium and corporate clients.

- Drive new business acquisition while strengthening and expanding existing enterprise accounts.

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, target-driven sales team with rigorous routines and KPIs.

- Instill an aggressive, performance-first culture focused on accountability and results.

- Ensure seamless coordination across sales, operations, and delivery to drive retention, cross sell, and upsell.

- Establish structured sales processes, forecasting discipline, and strong CRM hygiene.

- Present clear revenue dashboards and drive profitability alongside growth.

- Be fierce, hands-on, and relentlessly execution-focused - a true go-getter.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-12+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
