i95Dev is a leading eCommerce and ERP integration company with 400+ successful implementations. We connect major eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce) with enterprise ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) for mid-market businesses with complex operational needs.

Why this role matters: We're at an inflection point and need a sales leader who can scale our GTM motion, build a high-performing team, and leverage the ecosystem relationships that drive our business model.

Roles and Responsibility:

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (Must-Have)

1. Proven Sales Leadership & Team Building

- Track record of leading and scaling sales teams (5+ direct reports minimum)

- Demonstrated ability to set strategy, create playbooks, and drive execution

- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent

2. Global Sales Experience with Field Presence

- Active selling experience across US, Europe, APAC, and EMEA markets

- Comfort with international travel (30-40% expected)

- History of closing deals at client offices, industry conferences, and trade shows

- Cultural fluency across different buying environments

3. Quantifiable Sales Growth Achievement

- Specific metrics showing revenue growth at previous organization(s)

- Examples: "Grew ARR from $X to $Y in Z years" or "Expanded territory by X%"

- Experience with deal sizes in the $50K-$500K+ range

4. Industry Alignment

- Currently employed at an eCommerce agency or ERP implementation partner

- Deep understanding of the integration/middleware/systems integration space

- Fluency in selling complex, consultative B2B solutions with long sales cycles

5. Strategic Relationship Capital

- Existing rolodex of decision-makers at target accounts

- Established relationships with channel partners or complementary solution providers

- Track record of leveraging relationships to accelerate pipeline

6. Multinational Team Management

- Experience managing geographically distributed teams (India + US/Europe)

- Demonstrated success coordinating across time zones and cultures

- Understanding of compensation structures and hiring practices across regions

7. OEM/Platform Relationships

- Strong existing relationships with ERP vendors (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP)

- OR strong relationships with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, Shopware)

- History of co-selling, partner-led deals, or working within platform ecosystems

- Bonus: Experience as a certified partner or having held partner portal access

8. Enterprise Account Penetration

- Proven ability to land strategic accounts within our ICP (B2B commerce companies, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers)

- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments (IT, Operations, Finance)

- Track record of turning early wins into multi-year, expansion relationships

9. Location

- Based in India (preferably Tier 1 cities: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune)
