About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, results-oriented leader who excels in building high-performing teams, developing sales strategies, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
As the Head of Sales, you will oversee all aspects of the sales functionincluding planning, forecasting, pipeline management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaborationto ensure consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create annual and quarterly sales plans, revenue targets, and KPIs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
- Drive top-line revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the entire sales funnelfrom lead generation to deal closure.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics to ensure predictable revenue.
- Identify and expand into new markets and segments.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions or segments.
- Set performance targets, conduct regular coaching sessions, and facilitate skills development.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and incentive structures for team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Account & Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for large or complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to support GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives.
- Provide sales insights to product and marketing teams to shape offerings, pricing, and positioning.
- Collaborate with leadership on company strategy, growth roadmap, and business expansion initiatives.
Sales Operations & Process Excellence
- Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and frameworks for efficiency and consistency.
- Implement and manage sales tools and platforms (CRM systems, analytics, automation tools).
- Monitor sales data and performance KPIs, generating accurate reports for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
- Use insights to anticipate market shifts, adjust sales tactics, and identify new growth opportunities
