Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth.
The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
- Negotiate and close major deals and contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving/exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and CRM tools.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
