We're redefining wellness with personalized, science-backed programs.
We're looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales function, drive conversions, and scale revenue growth.
What you'll do:
- Own and optimize the entire sales funnel (HubSpot expertise is mandatory)
- Connect with leads, build relationships and nurture for conversion
- Lead, coach, and upskill the sales team to consistently exceed targets
- Align sales and marketing to maximize lead quality and conversion
- Use data insights to refine strategies, improve performance, and hit revenue goals
- Collaborate on pricing, retention, and growth strategies at the leadership level
What we're looking for:
- 7-9 years' sales leadership experience in wellness, health, education, or services
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership, communication and team coaching skills
- HubSpot expertise (automation, reporting, pipelines)
