We are seeking an experienced Security & Safety Leader with 15+ years of experience and a retired Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, CAPF, BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, Assam Rifles) background. The role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide security operations, safety management, emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity while ensuring the protection of people, assets, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing large teams, implementing security frameworks, liaising with government authorities, and driving a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management:

- Develop and implement corporate security strategies across offices, plants, warehouses, or business locations.

- Lead physical security operations, access control, surveillance systems (CCTV), visitor management, and perimeter security.

- Conduct threat assessments, vulnerability analysis, and risk mitigation planning.

- Manage security agencies and ensure adherence to SLAs and company standards.

- Investigate security incidents, thefts, fraud, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.

Safety & EHS:

- Drive workplace safety initiatives in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

- Ensure compliance with fire safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.

- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

- Develop and implement emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and disaster recovery protocols.

- Organize mock drills, fire drills, and emergency preparedness exercises.

Crisis & Emergency Management:

- Lead crisis management during emergencies, natural disasters, security threats, or business disruptions.

- Coordinate with local authorities, police, fire departments, hospitals, and disaster management agencies.

- Develop business continuity and contingency plans.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with statutory security, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain documentation related to security operations, safety audits, incident reports, and compliance records.

- Drive periodic internal and external audits.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor security officers, safety officers, and contract security personnel.

- Conduct training programs on emergency response, workplace safety, and security awareness.

- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure continuous service improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with HR, Administration, Facilities, Operations, Legal, and Business Leadership.

- Liaise with government agencies, law enforcement authorities, and regulatory bodies.

- Present periodic security and safety reports to senior management.
