We at FyneHand are mandated to onboard a Head for Risk Regulatory reporting for a leading Bank in India.
The incumbent will be leading the function responsible for Regulatory Reporting to RBI primarily for Credit Risk related reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurate and timely submission of data:
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and other regulatory requirements related to credit reporting viz CRILC, RAQ, RBS, EDR, SMR VI-AB, PSL/SLBC reporting, Sensitive sector monitoring, Capital Adequacy calculation and Preparation of disclosures.
- Submission of ad-hoc data: Ensure that requirements are clearly understood and data submitted with senior level validations.
- Preparation and review of critical MIS including monitoring of limits on CRE/CME/Secured- unsecured etc for credit risk portfolio.
- Identification of SMA and reporting in CRILC/Return on default borrower and other internal MIS
- Responsible for timely and accurate submission of PSL and SLBC (State level Bank Committee report) reports
2. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and validate credit data from various internal systems and departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data used for regulatory reporting.
3. Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with finance, risk management, Business and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient data flow for regulatory reporting.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to Statutory/Regulatory/Concurrent/Internal audits and internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless reporting across returns
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of credit regulatory reporting.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in processes and controls.
5. Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to team members on regulatory reporting requirements and best practices.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in regulatory reporting.
