- Ownership of the portfolio, management, strategy, ensure health metrics in range

- Collaborate with external partners, well versed with pricing & negotiation. Key member of driving firms strategic growth & revenue leadership

- Have an aptitude to support growth with an entrepreneurial approach

- Drive high risk operational efficiencies in the team in day to day portfolio management

- Experienced in setting up early warning systems, fraud control

- Demonstrated success in retail lending or general insurance products

- High governance standards, proactively setting up interventions, leading a high performance team
