Job Description - This is a leadership opportunity within Risk and policy for a mid-sized growing housing finance company based in Delhi NCR.

Description

- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks tailored to the housing sector.

- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements within banking and financial services.

- Analyse potential risks and propose strategies to mitigate them effectively.

- Establish and update policies to align with organisational goals and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk awareness and adherence to policies.

- Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior leadership.

- Provide guidance and training on risk management practices to internal teams.

- Support strategic decision-making by offering insights into risk implications.

- Minimum 15 years of experience within NBFC/HFC sector would be preferred.

- Expertise in risk management and policy development within the housing finance sector.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the housing and not-for-profit industries.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
