Head - Risk & Compliance - Financial Services (20-30 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities:

- Represent and lead the organisation's Risk Division in India.

- Lead the implementation and embedding the Risk Division activities in India, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, Group Operational Risk Management Policy and PACE (process) models for shared activities.

- Embed a strong risk culture and that supports the safe and sustainable growth of the Risk team in India.

- Provide oversight and challenge risk profiling, event management, change risk, and third-party risk activities

Eligibility Criteria:

- 10+ years in Line 1 or Line 2 roles with risk management responsibilities (preferably in banking or financial services)

- 10+ years senior leadership with proven history in delivering consistent results in a large complex business

- Strong understanding and management of relevant risk management practice
