This is a role with a Growth Stage Global SaaS Startup based in Bangalore. We are looking to recruit someone who can come and lead global Rewards capabilities for the company. They currently have presence in over 9 markets across the globe with large focus on US & Japan going forward. The role will be to lead global rewards across the company along with business partnering responsiblities for the global sales org. The scope of work can be expanded based on relevant synergies. Ideal Background. - Candidate should have extensive experience designing rewards program grounds up for a Tech startup / large company in the past. - Experience in designing Comp structures for Sales org in a B2B SaaS enviornment is a must.
