The Head - Rewards will lead the end-to-end Total Rewards agenda for the Consumer Packaged Goods business, ensuring competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Total Rewards strategy covering Compensation, Benefits, Incentives, and Recognition.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive payouts.
- Lead job evaluation, grading, and market benchmarking exercises.
- Design and govern sales incentive and variable pay structures for frontline and leadership roles.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on rewards governance and policy decisions.
- Manage LTI, retention, and special reward programs.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits.
- Drive analytics, MIS, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Support organization-wide initiatives such as restructuring, M&A, and transformation from a rewards perspective.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits within FMCG / CPG organizations.
- Proven experience in sales incentive design and performance-linked pay.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.
- Sound understanding of Indian labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
Educational Qualification (Mandatory):
- MBA / PGDM in HR from Tier-1 institutes only (e.g., IIMs, XLRI, TISS, ISB or equivalent premier institutes).
