- Scouting for a Compensation Specialist to lead the design, execution, and governance of executive and long-term incentive (LTI) programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine LTI and executive compensation programs in line with market trends and business strategy.
- Advise leadership on equity and non-equity incentive plans; prepare financial models and simulations for review.
- Lead the rollout of Long Term Incentive plans, including system automation, communication, and governance.
- Manage mid-year and year-end LTI assessments, working closely with the CEOs office and Finance.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of stock-based awards, including Remuneration Committee presentations, implementation, and compliance.
- Act as the key point of contact for all stock award-related queries and employee communications.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests, project deliverables, and support ongoing process enhancements.
Education and experience:
- The incumbent MUST have a Bachelor's/Master's in Mathematics
- High level of numerical proficiency with the ability to build and interpret complex models.
- Expertise in equity-based incentives and a sound understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
