About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the revenue engine of a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
You will play a critical role in shaping the companys 01 and 1100 growth journey, establishing scalable processes, building operational rigor, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
This is a high-ownership leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex growth challenges and building systems that directly impact revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & GTM Operations
- Partner with leadership to design and execute scalable GTM and revenue operations strategies.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve pipeline efficiency and revenue predictability.
- Establish scalable frameworks for lead management, pipeline governance, and revenue tracking.
- Translate business goals into operational plans and measurable KPIs.
CRM & Revenue Infrastructure
- Own and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot) to enable accurate forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Improve lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure strong data governance, hygiene, and standardization across systems.
Analytics & Decision Enablement
- Build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue performance.
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and performance tracking.
- Support leadership with forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Drive adoption of RevOps best practices across teams.
- Design and optimize sales compensation and performance measurement frameworks.
Tech Stack & Systems Leadership
- Manage and evolve the RevOps technology ecosystem including CRM, engagement, enrichment, and automation tools.
- Ensure seamless integrations across sales, marketing, and customer success platforms.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership.
- Build strong collaboration frameworks and eliminate operational silos.
- Hire, mentor, and scale the Revenue Operations function over time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations roles.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or product-led technology companies.
- Strong exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) including automation and reporting.
- Proven experience driving revenue process optimization and operational scaling.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Tableau / Looker / Power BI).
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional initiatives impacting revenue outcomes.
Good to Have
- MBA or strong business strategy exposure.
- Experience building RevOps functions in early-stage or scaling companies.
- Exposure to compensation planning and revenue forecasting.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
