Role Overview:

As the Head of Revenue - D2C, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth strategy for our direct-to-consumer channel. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to acquire, retain, and monetize our customer base. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, product, and technology teams to optimize the entire customer journey and maximize revenue potential. Your work will directly impact our ability to reach more customers, deliver exceptional experiences, and achieve ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy for the D2C channel, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities, to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

- Lead the development and execution of growth hacking initiatives, leveraging data analytics and experimentation to identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and revenue per user.

- Oversee the performance of all revenue-generating activities, including pricing, promotions, and channel optimization, to ensure achievement of revenue targets and maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and efficient allocation of marketing resources.

- Partner with the product team to identify and prioritize product enhancements and new features that will drive revenue growth and improve the customer experience.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, customer acquisition, and retention, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Build and manage a high-performing revenue team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in D2C revenue management, growth hacking, and e-commerce, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our strategies and tactics.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful revenue generation strategies in a D2C environment, driving significant growth and profitability.

- Proven expertise in growth hacking methodologies, including data analysis, experimentation, and optimization, to improve key performance indicators.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketing technologies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
