Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Funnel Ownership:
- Own the complete customer journey from lead generation to booking.
- Define, monitor and optimise stage-wise conversion metrics.
- Reduce cost per qualified lead and cost per booking.
- Identify drop-offs and implement corrective interventions.
2. Performance Marketing Management:
- Lead digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
- Evaluate, appoint and manage performance marketing agencies.
- Review media plans, targeting strategies and campaign structures.
- Drive creative refresh cycles aligned to performance data.
3. CRM & Systems Governance:
- Own CRM pipeline architecture and hygiene.
- Ensure accurate source tracking and data capture.
- Implement lead scoring, automation and nurturing flows.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards.
4. Call Centre & Sales Alignment:
- Define SLAs for response times and follow-up cadence.
- Monitor call centre productivity and quality.
- Align marketing efforts with on-ground sales team performance.
- Ensure CRM stage updates reflect real-time sales progress.
5. Reporting & Strategic Review:
- Present monthly revenue and funnel performance reports to founders.
- Benchmark performance across projects.
- Provide actionable recommendations backed by data.
