Looking for an experienced p&l & growth leader, ideally with 10+ years in high-impact revenue/growth roles within high-growth consumer tech startups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Strategy & Ownership - Lead and own the end-to-end revenue function - from acquisition to monetization-including pricing, promotions, partnerships, upsells, and new revenue streams. - Set and manage annual and quarterly revenue targets, track performance against KPIs, and course-correct proactively. 2. Growth Planning & Cross-Functional Leadership - Develop a comprehensive growth roadmap covering demand generation, supply sourcing, conversions, and retention. - Collaborate closely with City Heads, BD, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and others to ensure cohesive execution and shared outcomes. 3. Market & Competitive Intelligence - Lead regular market sizing, opportunity assessments, and competitive benchmarking. - Spot gaps and trends to launch new initiatives - whether cities, segments, or product variants. 4. Data, Analytics & Reporting - Deploy rigorous analytics frameworks, using dashboards and reporting tools to track funnel metrics, gross bookings, ARPU (Average Revenue per User), etc. - Conduct deep-dives into variances and drive recommendation-led optimizations. 5. Special Projects & New Ventures - Spearhead strategic initiatives like new vertical launches, market expansions, and monetization experiments. - Act as the internal 'growth architect'-building business cases, managing pilot launches, and scaling successful pilots. 6. Team Leadership & Capability Building - Scale and mentor a team across Revenue, Demand Gen, Monetization, CRM, Growth Ops, etc. - Build a growth-centric culture, embedding experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
