Job Description:

- We are handling an exciting and challenging job opportunity with leading Retail Solutions provider organization based at Bangalore.

- P&L Head of Retail Operations directs all store-level functions to drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. They develop operational strategies, manage KPIs across multiple locations, lead regional managers, and oversee inventory, compliance, and budgeting. This senior role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and extensive multi-site management experience.

- Develop and execute strategic plans for retail operations to align with overall business objectives.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve company goals, increase productivity, and boost sales.

- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion rates, margin) to analyze store performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Operational Excellence: Standardize processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and optimize visual merchandising.

- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and manage regional/store managers; support recruitment and performance management.

- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee stock control, supply chain efficiency, and loss prevention measures.

- Budgeting & Finance: Manage budgets, cost control measures, and financial reporting.

- Proven experience in multi-site retail management or senior sales operations roles.

- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in POS systems, and strategic thinking. SOP management and customer service focus.

- MBA from premier b school is required.

- Retail background is must.

- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience required post MBA.
