The following responsibilities are vital : - Developing and managing appropriate operating strategies for all new and existing stores with the objective of maximizing sales, profit, and customer satisfaction. - Will work with the concerned team members for ensuring all new stores identification, project implementation and effective opening of the stores within timelines set. - Guiding teams in the stores to execute strategies for respective format stores - Effectively coordinating and collaborating with buying and merchandising team members and external - stakeholders for smooth running of store operations. - Developing the Retail Operations leadership team. - Responsible for in-store Planning, coordination & evaluation of promotions, marketing and Visual Merchandising support. - Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of retail operations Requirements : - Having good experience in Retail operation.
