- We are engaged with a reputed Capital Markets / Broking organization seeking an experienced Head - Retail Operations to lead and strengthen its end-to-end operations function.

- This role will drive end-to-end trade lifecycle management across Equity, Derivatives, Currency & Commodity segments, while strengthening governance, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

We're Looking For:

- Strong expertise in Exchange Operations, Clearing & Settlement

- Deep exposure to DP Operations & Client Asset Management

- Experience handling SEBI, Exchange & Depository audits

- Proven leadership in managing large operational teams

- Strong governance mindset with risk & compliance orientation

- This is a strategic leadership role ideal for professionals who have built and scaled broking operations and are ready to drive operational transformation aligned with business growth.
