About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Head to lead and scale retail operations across multiple cities. The role requires a hands-on leader who can build scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-growing QSR business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end operations across retail outlets and warehouses.

- Develop and implement SOPs and scalable operational processes.

- Drive store profitability, productivity, cost control, and customer experience.

- Monitor operational KPIs including sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage, and profitability.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, HR, Finance, and Marketing teams.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop regional and store operations teams.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

- Support new store launches and expansion into new markets.
