Overview: This role is critical in supporting the Founder and Creative Director in translating brand vision into actionable systems that ensure efficiency, scalability, and excellence across all verticals The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, but above all, must demonstrate proven ability to execute at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive end-to-end execution across all departments of the organization such retail, e-commerce, and bespoke client servicing. 2. Translate creative direction into operational strategies and tangible deliverables with the design and production teams. 3. Oversee production planning for collections, shows and other projects. 4. Build cross-functional alignment between design, sales, logistics, PR and marketing teams. 5. Ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience. 6. Lead negotiations with vendors, manufacturers, and retail partners. 7. Implement systems that support new developments without compromising luxury standards. 8. Oversee and implement the brand calendar. 9. Initiate brand collaborations and partnerships along with other team members or external agencies. 10. Prepare and monitor budgets for design, PR and marketing initiatives. 11. Locate talent and resources as and when needed for various departments.
