Job Title: Head of Retail

Location: Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end retail operations for the region

- Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall store performance

- Handle P&L management and achieve business targets

- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards across stores

- Manage store expansion, launches, and operational excellence

- Lead, mentor, and manage retail teams across locations

- Develop and execute retail sales and growth strategies

- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams

- Monitor KPIs, inventory, and store productivity metrics

- Drive omnichannel and D2C retail initiatives

Requirements:

- Experience in Lifestyle, Fashion, Retail, or D2C brands

- Strong exposure to multi-store retail operations

- Proven experience in team handling and business growth

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
