Head - Retail - D2C

We are looking for a Head of Retail for a D2C lifestyle brand currently in the phase of scale and expansion:

Responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:

1. Develop and implement the overall strategy for retail store operations in alignment with the company's growth objectives.

2. Ensure all experience stores operate efficiently and meet the company's standards for performance, presentation, and customer service.

3. Monitor financial performance at the store level and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability.

4. Collaborate closely with the expansion team on market mapping, selecting locations for new store openings and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience.

6. Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, motivation, and professional development programs.

- Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding a multi-store retail operations (Both COCO and COFO).

3. Strong leadership and people management skills.

4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
