Head - Retail Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipment Finance Business

Role Summary:

The Head - Retail CV & CE Finance will lead the overall Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) finance business, driving growth, profitability, and portfolio quality at a national level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute business strategy for CV & CE Finance

- Drive disbursements, revenue, and market expansion

- Lead state and regional teams across geographies

- Build strong OEM, dealer, and channel partnerships

- Oversee credit, risk, collections, and portfolio health

- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance

- Monitor market trends and competition

Requirements:

- 15-20 years of experience in CV / CE Finance

- Proven leadership of large sales and operations teams

- Strong understanding of credit, risk, and collections

- Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management
