About the Role:

A fast-growing premium hospitality venture is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead its retail expansion strategy across India. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in real estate, F&B retail development, and strategic partnerships. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in scaling the brand's physical footprint across high streets, malls, airports, and emerging formats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute multi-format, multi-city expansion plans in collaboration with Strategy, Marketing, and Operations teams.

- Integrate real estate intelligence and developer insights into growth planning.

- Drive new market entry and format innovation across premium dining and lifestyle spaces.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality retail locations aligned with brand positioning and target demographics.

- Lead negotiations, LOIs, lease agreements, and landlord coordination for timely project execution.

- Establish strong relationships with developers, brokers, and intel partners to ensure early access to prime inventory.

- Set KPIs for new store performance and track post-launch metrics.

- Maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline, cost, and ROI.

- Continuously refine site selection criteria based on performance data

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12-18 years of experience in retail expansion, business development, or real estate strategy, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

- Proven track record of scaling physical retail footprints across geographies.

- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

- Deep understanding of real estate dynamics, leasing structures, and legal frameworks.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a collaborative leadership style.
