Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership :
- Provide strategic leadership for the execution of multiple high-rise residential projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive project planning, execution strategies, monitoring, and risk management.
Construction Management :
- Lead all construction activities from foundation to handover.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and company standards.
- Introduce modern construction methodologies and best industry practices.
Quality, Safety & Compliance :
- Establish robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and statutory compliances.
- Conduct periodic technical, quality, and safety reviews.
Commercial & Cost Management :
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with Procurement, QS, Finance, Contracts, and Design teams.
Stakeholder Coordination :
- Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Present project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
Team Leadership :
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers, Planning Engineers, QA/QCEngineers, and Site Engineers.
- Build a high-performance project delivery team.
Innovation & Process Improvement :
- Drive digital project management, construction technology adoption, productivity improvement, and sustainable construction practices.
Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.Tech / MBA (Construction Management / Project Management) will be an added advantage.
Technical Competencies :
