Head - Research - Wealth Management Firm

- Need candidates only from Wealth Management Companies.

- Experience: 10 to 20 years.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research Strategy & Coverage: Develop a sector-agnostic research framework with actionable investment ideas using both top-down and bottom-up approaches; lead financial modeling, thematic research, and macroeconomic insights.

- Portfolio Advisory: Support portfolio reviews and alignment with model portfolios (e. , Invest@30, Value Basket), and collaborate with product teams using cross-functional research.

- Team Leadership: Mentor analysts, oversee timely report delivery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless research integration and compliance.

- Thought Leadership: Represent firm insights through webinars and analyst meets; lead internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI RA & PMS guidelines and manage periodic reporting and audit alignment.

Key Skills:

- Technical: Equity research, financial modelling, derivatives, macro coverage, Excel/Bloomberg tools.

- Commercial: Research-to-portfolio mapping, idea monetization, reporting discipline.

- Personal: Strategic, process-driven, agile under pressure, strong team player.
