Head - Research & Development - Nutraceuticals/Cosmetics/Food

Responsibilities:

- Lead the formulation and development of the product range - postnatal supplements, microbiome baby skincare, others.

- Select and manage contract manufacturing partners (CDMOs) for each product category - quality, compliance, timeline

- Own the ingredient sourcing strategy evidence-based selection, supplier vetting, supply chain resilience

- Build and maintain the clinical evidence file for each product - ensuring every claim is defensible

- Navigate FSSAI regulations across all product categories - supplements, cosmetics, others

- Stay current with the postnatal research literature - bring new evidence into the organisation proactively

- Build relationships with R&D institutions - CFTRI Mysore, CSIR-IICT Hyderabad, hospital dermatology and clinical nutrition departments

Experience & background:

- 8-15 years of R&D or formulation experience across nutraceuticals, cosmetics or food - ideally more than one category

- Hands-on experience taking a product from concept to shelf - including CDMO selection, regulatory filing and manufacturing QC

- Formulation experience in maternal health, postnatal nutrition, infant skincare or paediatric products
