Head - Research & Development - Electrical

Job Role:

- Define and execute the Electronics R&D technology and product roadmap aligned with motor and system businesses.

- Lead development of smart pump controllers, VFD/inverter solutions, embedded hardware/firmware, motor/pump controls and power-electronic products.

- Develop connected-product capabilities including remote monitoring and diagnostics, IoT connectivity, Edge IoT, OTA firmware updates and data-driven/predictive capabilities.

- Develop electronics and controls for pressure boosting, HVAC/circulation, wastewater, industrial and other pumping systems.

- Support Commercial Buildings solutions through VFD/control integration, sensors, Modbus/BACnet connectivity and BMS/SCADA integration.

- Work closely with Pump R&D, Motor R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, Service and Product Management.

- Build and lead the Electronics R&D team across embedded systems, power electronics, drives/controls, IoT/connectivity and product validation.
