- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of R&D with a Ph.D. in Chemistry and 23+ years of experience to lead research, innovation, and process optimization initiatives in the chlor-alkali and chemical manufacturing sector.

- The role focuses on driving advanced R&D programs, developing sustainable and energy-efficient chemical processes, and leading new product development from concept to commercialization.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in organic and inorganic chemistry, electrochemical processes, chlorination technologies, and downstream product development.

- Responsibilities include identifying breakthrough technologies, improving production efficiency, reducing manufacturing costs, optimizing raw material utilization, and implementing green chemistry initiatives.

- The Head of R&D will lead cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, and researchers while collaborating closely with production, quality, procurement, and business teams to align innovation with organizational goals.

- The role also involves scaling laboratory research into industrial production, managing process validation and pilot trials, evaluating alternative feedstocks, and driving import substitution projects.

- Additionally, the candidate will oversee intellectual property development, patents, technical publications, and technology transfer activities while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
