Location: Pune, India (collaboration with global engineering teams)

Lead global innovation from concept to market. We're seeking a strategic, hands on R&D leader to drive product design, modular architecture, and manufacturing excellence - with the vision to keep our products at the forefront of quality and competitiveness.

What You'll Do:

- Set product innovation strategies from concept to industrialization

- Champion modular design & standardized carry- over parts

- Assess design feasibility, manufacturing processes, and material integration

- Introduce advanced materials & cutting- edge manufacturing methods

- Oversee prototypes, validation, DFMEA, and design improvements

- Build long- term R&D roadmaps aligned with business goals

- Lead IP strategy for patents and trade secrets

- Mentor engineering teams for stronger problem- solving and design judgment

What You Bring:

- Master's (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Materials Science, or related

- 10+ years in product development, 5+ in senior R&D leadership

- CAD proficiency (CATIA, AutoCAD), validation expertise, IATF- 16949 know- how

- Strong experience with tooling, stamping, plastics, and mechanical integration

- Proven leadership, crisis management, and cross- functional collaboration skills

- Fluency in Mandarin & English
