Were Hiring: SEBI Registered Research Analyst-Head Research

Are you passionate about securities research and building strong, trusted investment research frameworks? We are looking for an experienced research professional to lead and strengthen our research function.

What Youll Do:

- Own and oversee all research published under our SEBI Research Analyst (RA) registration.

- Lead research across equities, derivatives, debt, government securities, mutual funds, ETFs, REITs and InvITs.

- Manage and enhance our proprietary research and scoring frameworks.

- Develop and govern fund and asset-class rating methodologies.

- Ensure all research is independent, well-documented, traceable and free from conflicts of interest.

- Oversee bespoke research for family offices while maintaining clear RA compliance boundaries.

- Define the research coverage universe, review process and quality standards.

- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing research team.

What Were Looking For:

- CA or CFA Charterholder.

- NISM Series XV Research Analyst certification is mandatory.

- 10+ years of experience in securities and multi-asset research.

- Strong experience in developing research methodologies and coverage frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, research and writing skills.

- A strong understanding of SEBI Research Analyst regulations and compliance requirements.

- Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of research quality and integrity.
