Job Summary :
We are hiring a Head Repacking Centre for one of our retail clients. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing Repacking Centre (RPC) operations across Bhiwandi and Bangalore, ensuring efficient production planning, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), cost optimization, manpower management, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end Repacking Centre (RPC) operations across Bhiwandi and Bangalore.
- Plan and oversee daily RPC production activities to ensure operational efficiency and production adherence.
- Drive SOP implementation and process management across all repacking operations.
- Monitor and improve cost efficiency and productivity within the Repacking Centre.
- Develop and execute initiatives to drive RPC share growth.
- Manage manpower planning, deployment, and utilization to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Distribution Centres (DCs) and be open to travel as required to support operational excellence.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Experience in managing Repacking Centre (RPC) or packaging operations.
