Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head the Remarketing function for a leading asset-backed finance / leasing organization. The role will be responsible for maximizing residual value, building scalable remarketing channels, and driving strong recovery outcomes across asset classes.

This position will work closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Credit, Collections, Legal, Sales, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end remarketing strategy for off-lease, repossessed, and end-of-term assets

- Build and manage a robust buyer ecosystem including dealers, auction partners, aggregators, and digital platforms

- Drive pricing, valuation frameworks, and residual value optimization

- Strengthen governance, compliance, and turnaround time for asset disposal

- Track market trends, asset pricing, and demand cycles to support informed decision-making

- Develop MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics for remarketing effectiveness

- Partner with Risk, Credit, Collections, and Legal teams to ensure compliant asset recovery

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing remarketing team

Desired Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in Remarketing / Asset Disposal / Residual Value Management

- Strong background in leasing, fleet management, vehicle finance, equipment finance, or asset-backed lending

- Proven experience handling large-scale remarketing operations and vendor networks

- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset

- Leadership experience with the ability to work across functions and influence senior stakeholders

Education:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field
