Head - Reinsurance Accounting - CA/CPA/ACCA

Key Responsibilities:

- Steers the global reinsurance accounting systems and processes considering reporting requirements (internal & external) as well as business demand

- Ensures excellent data quality of the reinsurance accounting data and the compliance of it with reinsurance contract conditions and accounting standards incl. in depth data analysis

- Works closely with internal/external parties (e.g. Allianz Group or JFS entities, cedents, brokers, external auditors, etc.) on setting standards for reinsurance accounting, to establish and maintain an efficient data exchange between Allianz Group entities, to provide data and performance analysis upon demand

- Steers the Joint Venture's closing process for the technical accounts by meeting deadlines and fulfilling accounting & reporting requirements

Qualification:

- A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA.

Experience & Key Skills:

- Extensive knowledge & experience in (re-)insurance accounting

- Min. 6-7 years of experience in an Insurance Group, Audit or Consultancy firm.
