Job Description:
- We are looking for a seasoned Regulatory professional to strategically drive design and product development approvals across client's high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- The role owns end-to-end statutory compliance - from project inception through to completion - by correctly interpreting applicable government regulations, securing timely approvals, and building strong relationships with government and local bodies to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
- Given that the typical lifecycle of a high-rise residential project spans approximately 4 to 5 years, candidates must demonstrate direct, continuous involvement in securing approvals across a project's full lifecycle (not fragmented exposure across short stints of 1 to 2 years in different organizations).
- Lead the end-to-end regulatory strategy to ensure the organization remains fully compliant with industry-specific mandates and government policies.
- Manage high-stakes liaisoning with government agencies and regulatory authorities to expedite approvals and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct rigorous due diligence on new business initiatives and partnerships to identify potential regulatory risks before they impact the bottom line.
