Job Description: As the Head of Regional Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and strengthening our market position. Represent the hospital at industry conferences, trade shows, and community events to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in core sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry (hospital/hotel experience preferred). 2. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, resulting in business growth and increased market share. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the hospital effectively. 5. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, with experience in executing successful campaigns across various online platforms. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. 7. Advanced, IIM or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
