Our client, one of the global real estate and infrastructure experts in the world is seeking an accomplished TA leader to join as the SVP/Head of Talent Acquisition.

They will head the hiring function on the group level and work very closely with top management.

Additionally, will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the people agenda to support the company's ambitious growth plans across the globe.

MUST Requirements:

- Real Estate or Infrastructure industry experience is a MUST

- 15+ years of TA leadership experience

- Strong experience in building and setting up SOPs (succession planning, performance management, hiring strategies, etc.)

- Hands-on experience in C-suite level hirings and robust talent acquisition processes.
