The Head of RPO - International Talent Acquisition will lead the endto-end design, delivery, and optimization of recruitment operations for global markets (US, UK, EMEA, APAC). The role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in international hiring, the ability to scale highperformance teams, and exceptional stakeholder management to drive delivery excellence.

You will oversee largescale RPO programs, develop recruitment strategies, enhance delivery capabilities, and ensure service excellence across SLAs, KPIs, governance, and compliance. This is a highimpact role responsible for managing a 150200 member delivery workforce supporting global clients from India.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Delivery Management:

- Build, evolve, and execute recruitment delivery strategies aligned with global client needs.

- Manage largescale RPO teams to deliver highquality hiring outcomes within defined SLAs and KPIs.

- Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management for multiple global projects.

- Drive innovation across talent sourcing, automation, AIenabled recruitment, and process optimization.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Act as the senior-most delivery partner for international clients (US, UK, EMEA, APAC).

- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment and delivery governance.

- Regularly conduct business reviews, performance meetings, and improvement planning sessions.

Operational Excellence:

- Audit team performance, delivery metrics, compliance, and process adherence.

- Create, refine, and enforce SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks.

- Manage endto-end talent pipelines: sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and talent pooling.

- Identify gaps and implement continuous improvements across all delivery touchpoints.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, manage, coach, and inspire a large and diverse team across functions.

- Build leadership bench strength and succession pipelines within the RPO organization.

- Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and capability-building programs.

Business Reporting & Insights:

- Prepare and present dashboards, insights, and datadriven recommendations to leadership and clients.

- Utilize analytics to drive smarter hiring decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have:

- 15-20 years of experience in Recruitment Operations / RPO / Staffing, with at least 1215 years leading large teams.

- Strong expertise in international recruitment (especially US & UK) including staffing models, visa categories, compliance norms, job boards, ATS, and labor guidelines.

- Proven ability to manage large teams (100200+) in a highvolume global talent delivery environment.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and client relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dashboarding, metrics monitoring, and datadriven decision-making.

- Ability to scale processes, implement best practices, and drive transformation.

Preferred:

- Experience leading multicountry/multiclient RPO delivery setups.

- Exposure to advanced sourcing tools, AIdriven hiring platforms, and talent intelligence.

- MBA in HR or related field.
