Head - Recruitment Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery operations across multiple industry verticals.

- Ensure timely and high-quality closure of mandates for clients.

- Design, implement, and monitor operational processes to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Partner closely with the Business Development team to align delivery with client expectations.

- Mentor, motivate, and scale high-performing recruitment and delivery teams.

- Introduce best practices, technology, and tools for operational efficiency.

- Track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Act as a bridge between management, clients, and teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in recruitment operations/delivery leadership.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and client servicing.

- Proven ability to scale teams and manage high-volume recruitment.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and process management skills.

- Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
