Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function. This role involves driving talent strategy, managing the TA team, and partnering with leadership to attract and hire top talent aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy

- Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team across regions/functions

- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs

- Drive employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and analytics

- Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience

- Track key hiring metrics and provide regular reports to leadership

Requirements:

- 10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record in scaling hiring across functions and geographies

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics
